Valhalla Lost

I noticed today everything giving an elemental bonus has been doubled. My weapon instead of having 40% fire is now 80% fire. The gargish cloak now gives 100% in all resistances.

Nothing's changed on the back end, but how the information is reported to players has been changed. The issue was because of Treasures of Tokuno artifacts. If we didn't change how the information was reported to players, they would read as if they had 0% physical damage, or whatever, when actually they have 190%, for example.

So should the tokuno treasures be better now? Mine had 160% cold damage but no swing speed increase, no damage bonus, no anything, kinda useless.
