Alligator heads?

I've been playing on the shard for about two months now and having a great time. What NPC do I turn in gator heads too?
If it's the seasonal hunting Gators, you just need to kill and loot them. Use .seasonalpoints to check how many points you have got.
They used to have tokens on them, not this trip though. No need to take the head.
