I found a undestructable studded glove of anatomy and poison protection. It indicate 10 anatomy but no charges for the poison protection. Is it normal to get no charges?

they usually have some charges, depends upon where you found it. Could have belonged to another player but not owned and they used up the charges before getting killed. So you could find it in loot - did you have to identify it first to see what it was?

I looted it in treasure chest. Probably it was a bit buggy cause it doesnt protect me anymore from poison now.

I wished it had infinite charges but no

A tinker can add protection charges with elemental gems. Poison gem = poison protect, magic gem = magic reflect, fire gem = fire protect, etc.
