Valhalla Lost

Hi,

I have picked up a piece of what looks to be bit of tattered cloth\leather. Neither the Blacksmith\Mage are any help in identifying these. Wondering if they are glitches? The name on this is "Eitr".

Help from a master identifier would be much appreciated!

Eitr is one of the pieces required to make a godly weapon at the elven forge.

Singing Stone
Andvari's Gift
Eitr
Eldhrimnir
