Valhalla Lost

I have done this a dozen times with other shards.

Copied the custom files over to a new fresh updated install.

Ran Steam, "Unable to load Ultima Online Client" (Pointed to ValhallaLost_HighSeas.exe)

Ran ValhallaLost_HighSeas.exe in Admin mode, fails to accept the credentials I used.

Any ideas?
