Valhalla Lost

Hi folks. New player here. I'm hoping I'm jut missing something obvious, but I tamed a couple pets and stabled them before I logged out. When I logged back in, I went to the stablemaster, gave her my pet claim ticket, and she says to give her a moment while she tries to find my pet. A second later, she says 'Uh-oh... Where'd he go?' and gives me back to ticket. Am I doing something wrong?

What was the pet you tamed? Where were you trying to retrieve the pet from (which stablemaster)? I've had this issue when there was no place for the pet to be pulled out of the stables for me.

Yep, that was it! I was able to get them from the stablemaster is Asgard! Thanks folks.
