Just throwing it out there but would be nice for a scribe of 100 skill to be able to rename runebooks by adding a gump to the quill.

I really like this idea. I would love to be able to organize my books a bit more.

It is available in Vet rewards.

I believe that renames and recolors a spell book. If it does work on rune books, that would be a bit expensive if you're just looking to name something. We name bags after all with just a command.
