Recall here is not as you know it, if you are familiar with OSI shards. Runes are for gating. Runes are also for marking your 'home point'. When you cast recall, you have two options. The first is that you can click on yourself and you will recall to your home point, or you can click on a rune to mark your home point. The default home point is the signpost outside of the gates of Asgard. You can change your home point by going to the location where you want your homepoint to be, mark a rune there, and then cast recall on the rune. This marks a new home point. You can also cast recall on a previously marked rune, as long as you are in the same screen as where the rune was marked. I recommend everyone invest in some recall scrolls for getaway emergency.
