Guilds and Orders

Forming a Guild

When you form a guild you will be given the choice of making it Order, Chaos or nuetral. If you create an Order Guild you will automatically be at war with any and all Chaos guilds and vice versa, so you will only be able to "declare war" upon a standard guild. Guild wars as such are not currently allowed on Valhalla and this is an RP technicality only. You are at war in title only and all PvP rules apply. Some PvP is allowed but there are rules to follow, and follow them you must or face serious repurcusions. There is a town known as Shadowdale where PvP and player killing and looting of non owned items IS allowed. The rules for Shadowdale are quite specific. Please check them out carefully as you enter Shadowdale at your own risk. Members of a guild can resign there guild using the the .resign command, this will bring you up a yes or no option and ask if you are sure.

Buying a Guildstone

If you are serious about starting a guild you may purchase a guildstone from a provisioner or an Architect. Information on Current Active Guilds can be found on the forums..

Guild Houses and Colors

When your guild has grown to having eight (8) seperate account members you, as Guildmaster, may buy a Guild House to hold your meetings and for your members to gather.

No more guild colors will be given out. The People who have guild colors now will be allowed to keep them but as soon as your guild is either inactive or gets broken up... The guild color will go.

Roleplaying Orders

In addition to belonging to a guild, your character may also join a roleplaying order at some time. Below are the orders and Order Titles that are currently in place in Valhalla. If no alternate is on the list this means male and females use the same titles. There are currently no class requirements to Orders in Valhalla. To join an order you will need to find an existing member of that order. A post on the forums or asking around in game should yield you some results. To quit your order just say "i denounce my order" and this will bring you up a yes or no option and ask if you are sure. . If you want to play a red flagged character you should page for this before joining an order as you cannot be set red once you are in an order. Members of an order will be recognizable by the unique item that they will receive when they join an order. You are able to do "quests" for Chaos or Order Guards whether you are in an Order or not. This works in a similar fashion to Npc Vendors but instead of gold you are working for Virtue.
