anybody know how often you can honor someone??

Well, you can't honor the same person twice, you need to honor someone else and then you can honor them again. You need to build the honor up (usually be gaining virtue). Not sure if you drop the lot on the first honor or not. But last time I honored someone I maxxed them out from a low level so I assume it gives the lot and then you need to build it up again.
