Who do I talk to about requesting a second account so my husband can come join me? I don't want someone to see we are on same ip and think we are trying to get around the account limit.

Im sure this was worked out already,
Though Lord Odin is a good place to start.
or ask another God, and/or have him submit a application.

No, not yet sadly. I did have him apply for an account on the website but it has yet to be approved.
