Invalid Credentials

I've downloaded Mondain's Legacy, extracted all the files to the UO file location, made sure all 22 files are unblocked, created the shortcut and tried to launch the game. It loads fine but it says "your account credentials are invalid. Check your user ID and password and try again." Now, my account is active and I've typed my information in a variety of ways, double checked and made sure I didn't mistype anything but still get that same error. I'm at a loss :/
