it's mad that you trying to play with my bag what opened it said I doing some ready What are too many Vender NPS people in the town walking around maybe the lags don't know it lag this is bad well i go to see if this other shard is lag

??? Are you using UO Classic client? We're using new graphics now that you won't be able to see unless your using the UO Classic client. And in some cases it can act like lag.
To do a fresh install.... uninstall your current client.
download the UO Classic client. Let it patch all the way up. Then download Valhallalost files and extract them to the client game folder. Use the Valhallalost High Seas launcher to log on.

You could try running a trace route to the valhalla game computer while you are playing and see where the issue is. There could be a faulty server along the way which would give you lag. If not, it could be your game install or internet provider.
