Valhalla Lost

Okay this is weird, because I was able to log in yesterday on all of my characters. I set my macros up and logged out with plans to play today, but now I can't get back in. I'm thinking something happened when I shut my computer down last night. I can get to the login screen, and my username is still saved in, but when I put my password in nothing happens for about 20 seconds and then I get a "failed to log in" notice. I've tried multiple times so I know I am not mistyping the password. If I run the program as an administrator the launch looks different, it takes me to a screen for High Seas instead of Stygian Abyss, and my username is no longer saved. I tried logging in that way too, but no difference, and I don't think that is the correct version of the game anyway. Can someone please confirm if this is what I should have in my login file, or if there is something else I am missing? Thank you.
